At The Brocery Store, we want you to look and feel your best, so if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all original clothing tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
